How document privacy works
Invoice, customer, logo and payment-register fields are processed in your browser. The generator uses browser storage for drafts, history and the private receivables register; those fields are not submitted to an invoice database on our server. Clearing browser storage, switching devices or using private browsing can remove them, so export and retain appropriate business records elsewhere.
The site records limited product events such as opening a template or starting a download. Those event paths contain the action, language and landing-page slug—not names, invoice numbers, line items, amounts, email addresses, logos or localStorage values. The site does not add advertising pixels or a customer-data account.
What the tools do—and do not do
The tools create documents, editable files, calculations and operational reminders. They are not bookkeeping software, a tax return system, a permanent archive, legal advice, payment processing or automatic email delivery. A template cannot determine which tax, fee, numbering or retention rule applies to a particular transaction.
How guidance is maintained
General workflow guidance is written to explain the document or decision next to a working tool. Regulated claims are separated by jurisdiction and linked to primary government or statutory sources. Reference pages show a reviewed date, scope and caveats. When a rule cannot be verified or differs by location, the page says so instead of presenting one answer as universal.
