Cleaning prices depend on more than square footage. Condition, occupancy, pets, frequency, access and requested detail work all change the crew time. This template records those assumptions and separates the base clean from optional work.
For recurring service, show the first deep clean separately from the maintenance visit price. That prevents an unusually heavy first appointment from being mistaken for the ongoing rate.
Describe the result and the exceptions
Name the rooms and tasks included, plus extras such as inside appliances, interior windows or laundry. If the customer must provide access, running water or cleared surfaces, put that assumption in the notes.
Avoid promising a fixed duration when the condition has not been inspected. Use estimated crew hours or make the price subject to a walkthrough.
Separate one-time and recurring pricing
A move-out or deep clean has different labor than routine service. Quote each service state separately and identify the frequency used for recurring pricing.
After the customer agrees, keep the accepted estimate and use the cleaning invoice template for each completed visit or billing period.
